What is PD MAX?

It's a ticket for professional development sessions. It's not a subscription, it's not a membership; it's an annual pass to professional development sessions by Skills Education.

With one PD MAX ticket you get automatic enrolment in every live public webinar* for 2026, and access to the on‑demand recordings for those sessions until 31.12.26. PLUS, for each PD you complete, you can trigger your Record of Participation certificate.  

A PD MAX ticket is a fraction of the cost for all of our upcoming sessions and represents exceptional value to see a range of PD from a number of different presenters.

Easy! Buy the PD MAX bundle and you'll automatically be enrolled in every public webinar listed on the 'Upcoming Live Events' page. When more webinars are added between now and the end of 2026, we'll add those to PD MAX.

Every PD MAX registrant gets the month's Zoom links sent to them automatically at the start of the month. You have the choice to drop in live, or catch up at your convenience with the recording. So you get the best of both worlds:

When does PD MAX start?

PD MAX 2026 is live now and will continue until 31.12.26. You can purchase anytime between now and December 2026.

This year, PD MAX is being run as a trial to test longevity of the product. If it continues to be popular, we'll consider instating into 2027 and beyond.

How much is a PD MAX ticket?

One ticket gives access for one person. One ticket is only $395 per person.

Honour Code

One PD MAX ticket per person - PD MAX is offered on an individual basis - meaning one ticket is required per person. 

You agree to not share your login or let others "watch along" via your registration. We can only offer this revolutionary PD model if everyone abides by the Honour Code.

Person/s breaching the PD MAX Honour Code will have their registration cancelled with all benefits forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

PD MAX is a Skills Education product - All Skills Education Ts and Cs apply.

What else should we know about PD MAX?

  • Sessions and recordings prior to 1.1.26 are not included in PD MAX
  • PD MAX is a product related to upcoming live webinars open for public registration
  • Membership events, membership content, existing PD Library content, and learning programs are not a part of PD MAX and are not included in a PD MAX ticket
  • You can still purchase any of our other Skills Education products, including as single registrations to various events
  • Organisations can select tickets for their team to get access; simply adjust the quality required at the checkout. If you have more than 25 staff you want PD MAX registrations for, email us and we'll send an invoice for payment via EFT direct credit
  • AI notetakers and chat bots are not admitted to any Skills Education PD

Other answers to FAQs

How is this different to Education Matters?

  • Education Matters is a membership which gives access to a Learning and Resources Hub, a specific module with resources and events to support transition to the revised Standards for RTOs and selected live event PD opportunities. The Foundational and PRO tiers do not include automatic registration to Skills Education webinars
  • Education Matters PRO also has access to the above plus all of the recordings in the PD Library
  • Education Matters Elite has access to the above plus full PD Library access, ongoing membership to RPL Matters and automatic free registration to all live webinars. If you have Education Matters Elite membership, you do not need PD MAX. This includes the new organisation-wide membership Elite RTO

    PD MAX does not give access to Education Matters or existing recordings in the PD Library


How is PD MAX different to the Library Pass?

The VET PD Library Pass is access to recorded on-demand content only. It does not offer access to the live webinars like PD MAX does

What if more live webinars are released?

As any other live public webinars are released, we'll add them to the PD MAX agenda and they'll be included in your ticket

Are there discounts for large groups?

For 51+ people from one organisation, yes, we can offer a discounted rate on PD MAX registrations. Email us to let us know your numbers and we'll let you know the PD MAX price
