Empowerment in adult learning starts with reflection and agency.
This interactive session introduces reflective models and strategies that build metacognition, confidence, and learner ownership. It will provide tools for designing tasks that offer authentic choice and autonomy, helping educators shift from “teaching content” to “facilitating growth.”
Participants will leave with adaptable templates for learner self-assessment, goal-setting, and reflective dialogue that deepen engagement and accountability.
