How high is the risk to your RTO?
When a validator - or auditor - checks your RTO's assessment tools, they will be looking for specific inclusions that represent fit-for-purpose tools designed to support a quality assessment system.
This session looks at five points included on the quality check-list and will provide for each point:
- Discussion on what the validator will check
- Examples to demonstrate requirements
- Tips on how to improve the chances of the assessment tool meeting requirements
ASQA data confirms assessment continues to be one of the biggest challenges for RTOs at audit - and it all rests on being able to use quality tools. This session is an absolute must if you are writing the assessment tools for your RTO and/or are in charge of confirming purchased materials are fit-for-purpose.
Participants will receive a Top 5 Confirmation Checklist to remind them of the Top 5 Things Assessment Tools must have - and what validators (and performance assessors aka auditors) - will be looking for.
