Gen Y/Z students need to be engaged differently – Here’s how to do it!
Recorded on 18 Feb 2021 | Presented by Allison Miller
What makes 'Gen Y/Z' students different?
Gen Y/Z students have grown up in a world where they are surrounded by digital technology and where everything is ‘on demand’. They are highly connected to what is going on in the world, and with each other. They also come from a schooling system which encouraged participatory and creative thinking, and where they were often using technology to produce their own multimedia content.
This means that Gen Y/Z learners need to be engaged differently, using interactive learning experiences which puts them at the centre of their learning. And the great thing about this, is that this type of learning benefits all learners!
Join to learn about how to incorporate training activities which incorporate the ways Gen Y/Z learners need to be engaged. Strategies to engage Gen Y/Z learners and case studies of how others are incorporating effective Gen Y/ Z practices into the training program will also be shared.
