Cultural diversity enriches learning environments, but it also requires trainers and assessors to adopt a holistic, ‘whole person’ approach, something that is not necessarily taught within the standard Training and Assessment qualifications. 

This session examines how cultural perspectives shape learning and strategies to support diverse learners.

Discover tools to create culturally sensitive learning spaces that respect and celebrate diversity.

The session will unpack:

• The practical application of diversity in adult education
• Creating collective growth and human-centred practice
• Various cultural influences in education and how to recognise and respond to different examples

Further, we'll also consider the link between cultural considerations and wellbeing and how quality and compliance can drive our actions in this regard
