Leadership matters - Explore leadership aspects to support team well-being and performance and avoid psychosocial hazards at work

A leader inspires others, cares about them, and facilitates opportunities for each person to be their best. They also take on the responsibilities linked to these activities, including duty of care.

While not in itself a disorder or a psychological injury, job stress is commonly used to describe physical and emotional symptoms a person can experience in response to work and workplace situations. When stress in the workplace disrupts things such as the productivity and retention of staff, disharmony, absenteeism and mental ill health can result. Avoid this by providing direction and support to your team by leading in such a way as to empower members and help them achieve team and personal goals.

Join this leadership training session to explore notions of togetherness, psychological safety and culture.
