Saving time and leading learning
Recorded Wednesday 21 July 2021 | Panel discussion with Allison Miller, Chemène Sinson and Michelle Charlton
Good learning leadership starts with us.
As trainers, we need to lead learners by leading with learning. The inconvenient truth of being an educator is that we are students too. It’s ok to not know everything at all times – even when there can be incredible pressure for just that. However, to help others (and help ourselves) we must be able to identify where the pain points are. Theirs and ours. And we get it that the time to stop and do this can simply add more pressure!
If, as a trainer, you’re feeling run off your feet and you’re ready to release the pressure valve, join us for a panel discussion on Staying sane, saving time and leading learning.
Tap into a community of practice to share ideas and time-saving strategies to help daily practice and students to become more confident, active participants in the learning.
