But when it's your responsibility to facilitate it in a workplace environment, how do you know if the environment is one conducive to learning? And what can you do about it?

Trainers are facilitators of learning and when we have to go into the workplace to deliver training, we must ensure the right relationship is in place to support that facilitation.
