This requires VET educator collaboration with young VET learners so they can better understand them and their learning needs through the use of learner success plans and strategies.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Discuss the benefits of involving young VET learners in driving the direction of their own learning

• Identify ways to incorporate learner success planning and strategies into a training program

• Adapt an existing Learner Success Plan template for use with a group of learners
