Eportfolios - your Saviour to Workplace Assessing - Yay! (Sway)
Eportfolios are online spaces which allow students to manage their work, as well as, gather and share their assessment evidence, and they can be your Saviour to Workplace Assessing - Yay! when using Sway (by Microsoft).
Sway eportfolios provide a visual way of presenting text, images and videos which students can create and upload while in the workplace, then share this work with their assessor. This allows assessors to regularly monitor their work placement students’, apprentices’ and/or trainees’ progress as they will see the most recent version of the student's work every time they review the student's eportfolio.
Sway eportfolios can also help to increase employer engagement in a student’s workplace training and assessment requirements.
