Remember all session times are in AEST - Qld time

AI bots are not admitted to Skills Education sessions.

The information below is applicable if you are in an event where you can trigger a 'PD Certificate'. 

(The different types of events were outlined in your original registration confirmation email. If you're not sure, you can confirm here)

As the registered attendee for this event, you'll be able to access the recording of the live session and your Record of Participation within 48 hours of the end of the live webinar*.

1. Access these materials by signing in to your account. 
2. Navigate to your dashboard (not the 'My Account' section) and click on the course tile. 
3. Click through the session content to retrieve any handouts and access the feedback survey and,
4. When your course registers as 100% completed, your certificate will appear for download.

Certificates can only be triggered by registered participants so if you want a certificate for compliance purposes, ensure you complete the steps listed above. The instructions are also within your dashboard. More information about certificates on our Ts and Cs page.

*Note that the options for recording and certificate are only available if the session is eligible. e.g. only Education Matters members get access to recordings and resources from live members' sessions. Ineligible sessions will have been advertised as exempt. e.g. free info sessions

Remember, your access to the post-event materials is time-limited so ensure you watch replays and/or download resources within that period.
