Booking your personalised Q&A appointment
All program participants are eligible for 1 hour of individual time via Zoom.
Here's what you need to know:
- Bookings are by appointment at a mutually convenient time
- Time selections will be options on Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30am-2pm; 4pm-5pm AEST
- Options will be sent via email for participant selection
- On confirmation, a Zoom link will be sent
- Any discussion as feedback on tools will require pre-reading (up to 1hr is allocated). Participants are to send pre-reading materials a minimum of 7 working days prior to confirmed appointment time for personalised Q&A

Booking your document review
Participants in the "Mentoring Round Table + Document Review" program are eligible to have 1 x assessment tool reviewed for feedback.
Here's what you need to know:
- Your assessment tool and mapping document will be reviewed for the purpose of giving feedback relevant to the do's and don'ts covered in the series. Stringent pre-use validation methodology and principles will be applied in the review
- Feedback will be supplied to you as a written report outlining strengths and opportunities for improvement. Feedback will inform any edits to apply to the tool
- Choose your unit up to a "large" size - can be from any Training Package (or accredited course). Large is categorised as having up to 4-5 elements and up to approximately 60 evidence points across all PCs, PE, KE and FS. Examples of large sized units are:
- Unit selections will be confirmed prior to review
- Bookings must be made with sufficient lead time for the review, personalised debrief session, and review of the edited tool to be completed prior to the program end date. Participants will need to factor in the time they need to make edits and return edited documents for final review
- Initiate a booking via email to [email protected]
- On confirmed booking, allow up to 7 working days for review and report to be returned
- The last day to accept document review bookings as part of the program will be Friday 18 September, 2026. Any reviews not scheduled by this time will be forfeited

Booking your personalised debrief session
Participants in the "Mentoring Round Table + Document Review" program are eligible to have 1 x 45-60min Zoom call to discuss feedback on their reviewed tool, and to ask targeted questions about the feedback. The aim of the debrief session is to clarify feedback before edits are applied for final review.
Here's what you need to know:
- Bookings will be arranged following the same process for personalised Q&A appointments described above
- The session will discuss feedback supplied from the review
- Initiate a booking via email to [email protected]
After the personalised debrief session, participants have the option of submitting their documents (with edits applied) for a final round of feedback.
Here's what you need to know about the process for the final feedback review:
- The last day to accept edited documents for final feedback review will be Friday 2 October, 2026. Any reviews not scheduled by this time will be forfeited
- On confirmed booking, allow up to 7 working days for review and report to be returned
- The final feedback review will only be on the tool submitted for original review and with regards to the areas highlighted for improvement (i.e. same unit, review on edits - not new content or additional extras not mentioned in the first feedback round)
Other things you need to know about this Mentored Extension program:
- We will deal with assessment tools for a train and assess pathway. If you want mentoring for RPL tools, please consider the Advanced RPL Assessor programs which have rolling intakes - start any time:
- Program discussions and content will be limited to assessment tool design and development issues; it will not address other, unrelated/broader compliance issues
- Registration is confirmed on confirmation of payment
- Minimum and maximum participant numbers apply to this program
- There are no refunds, transfers or deferments for this program - except by initiation from Skills Education if minimum numbers are not met
