As the CEO of an RTO which specialises in offering TAE qualifications, Douwlene draws on her extensive experience in the VET sector to support her team to prepare the next generation of VET trainer/assessors. Having worked across roles in training and assessment, compliance, and operational management, Douwlene has a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver quality education while meeting regulatory requirements, including the Standards for RTOs.

Douwlene’s passion lies in supporting people at all levels. As a true educator, she works to uplift others in RTO environments as well as the wider VET sector; from trainers and assessors, to admin staff, and managers. Douwlene is committed to helping others navigate the complexities of compliance, to improve processes, and develop the confidence needed to succeed in their roles. 

With a focus on continuous improvement, Douwlene strives to create meaningful learning experiences, simplify complex processes, and inspire effective change. Her goal is to ensure that every individual working in the VET sector has the knowledge and support they need to make a lasting positive impact.
