Don’t hold the unit? Provide evidence of equivalence that will keep even the most discerning compliance officer happy

How To… sessions are short and to the point.

In this episode see how to complete an equivalency matrix as a means to demonstrate vocational competency equivalency.

In some cases, when a trainer/assessor does not hold the unit they are to train and assess, they may be able to provide evidence of their skills and abilities equal to the unit requirements. Participants are invited to watch the process example and see and hear the rationale for why the information is selected and entered on the mapping sheet.

The aim is to provide a robust and comprehensive benchmark for how to capture skills, currency and any other relevant learning as a claim for vocational competency and equivalence.

This How To… session runs for 45mins with general Q&A.
