Observation checklists are a staple in most assessment tools. But! They’re not always designed in a way that lends itself to a valid tool that will collect valid, reliable evidence.

Join this session to see the do’s and don’t’s of observation checklists. We’ll look at:

• Factors that undermine the compliance of the tool

• How to build in reliability to your observation checklist

• Common errors in checklist design - and how to avoid them
