Every RTO has to offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) yet many assessors report not feeling confident to conduct the process

Assessing RPL requires a different skill set from training than assessing skills, even with great RPL tools to support this process.  It requires the RPL assessor to be able to reliably use their professional judgement to determine whether different pieces of existing evidence demonstrate competency.

This session will guide participants through the tools and processes needed to ensure that an RPL assessor can confidently review a broad range of evidence to deem a candidate competent.
