About Bernadette
Bernadette is the Director of Diligence Consulting Services, a company that provides learning and development solutions to clients in the adult training industry in Australia.
She has over 20 years of experience delivering learning product strategy, quality content and training solutions for organisations including TAFE Queensland, Oxford University Press, BBC Worldwide, and Macmillan Education.
Bernadette specialises in content strategy, course design and online learning.
Bernadette holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Post-Graduate Bachelor of Education and a BA in Linguistics. Bernadette is completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and has a strong interest in supporting growth of LLND skills in the Australian VET sector to meet current and future employment skill needs.
